Improvements come with time. That's why it's so important to stick with your fitness plan and set goals. These Series and Workshop classes are designed to build your skills, get you moving, and keep you motivated!

 

Series Classes

6-Week Intro to Yoga

Ideal for individuals wanting to learn how to do yoga.  You will learn to utilize basic and useful poses and techniques to develop or enhance a personal yoga routine.

Schedule:

Thu: 6:15 pm- 7:30 pm

Series runs from 1/14 - 2/18 

Costs:  $60   

Space is limited to 8

6-Week Intro to Pilates:

This class is ideal for individuals who are just starting a fitness routine after being inactive for some time or rehabilitating an injury. The fundamentals of Pilates Mat routine using the Triad Ball will stretch and strengthen the abdominals, legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the body. Focus is more about building awareness of breath and movement at a slow pace to guarantee everyone progresses.

Saturdays  9AM - 9:50AM 
Free demo classes on 1/2 & 1/9.  Series runs from 1/16 - 2/20

Yoga for Fertility 6-Week Series

Learn techniques to help reduce anxiety, balance hormones and enhance reproductive energy. Through yoga asanas, meditation, visualization, breathwork, and other techniques we will explore the concept of fertility within our body, heart, and soul.

For women and couples who are actively trying to conceive or may be thinking about fertility for their future.

Mama and Baby Pilates

A 6-week series designed specially for a post-partum mother.  Bring your baby to class while you reclaim your pre-pregnancy energy and shape through post-natal Pilates. 

Drop in welcome.

Thu: 10:10 am - 11:00 am

Series starts:  Jan 5th or 7th  thru  Feb 9th or 11th 

Costs:  $60 one day week /  $120 two day week

Workshops

The Guide to Great Pre-Natal Nutrition Workshop with Nikki Guerrero

Are you wondering what to eat while pregnant? What changes should you make? What things to add to ensure your baby gets all the nutrients it needs at the different stages of prenatal development? Join use for an informational workshop and learn about the different stages your baby is growing through and how to aid in its development with nutrition. We will discuss real food, supplements, organic vs. non organic—where and when it is necessary, recipes, and local resources for great real food. Open to moms, dads, care takers, friends, and anyone interested in good health through great nutrition.

Snacks will be provided.
