Vital Movement:
A compilation of movement based practices including yoga, pilates, dance, plyometrics and martial arts utilized to strengthen, improve balance, flexibility , joint health, posture and pain relief. Accomplished without any equipment, the class teaches an intense but well rounded and balanced workout that is sure to improve ones understanding of, and ability to move!

Why Resist
This class is designed to incorporate resistance training into your weekly fitness routine. Applying Pilates principles that initiate movement from the core, you will maximize strength while lengthening the muscle. The class will use bands, foam rollers and your own body weight for resistance.

Athletic Conditioning
A tough circuit of drills ranging from jumping jacks, squats, push-ups and mountain climbers: exercises that challenge both the cardiovascular system and the larger muscles of the body with efficient compound movements.
Improves muscular strength utilizing both free weights and tubing. No choreography, just a great workout.

Intro to Strength Training
This class is ideal for developing a solid foundation of basic conditioning, strength, flexibility, and balance, preparing you for the more advanced strength and conditioning classes within the schedule. Zac will lead you through a series of functional calisthentics and resistance exercises designed to work the entire body. The class is open to all ages and adaptable to any level of current fitness and ability.

A great way to find workout partners! Each week you'll receive a new route with fun and exciting ways to have a great workout.
There's an optional 15 minute core workout prior to the walk/run.
