It differs from the yang style of yoga in that you pay attention to ‘letting go’ to the support around your body so that your muscles can be utterly relax rather than ‘holding’ postures by contracting your muscles to create certain shapes and poses. It is soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation in the body and ultimately in the mind. All levels welcome! 1st and 3rd Fridays: 6:00PM Core Strength using Props with Rae Wednesdays: 6:00AM Saturdays: 10:00AM _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Intermediate Hatha Yoga with Allison Wednesdays: 6:00PM _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Pilates Challenge A great way to put your weekly practice to the test.
